Sheet music can easily be copied and distributed illegally. Because of this we we can't refund orders once they are purchased and shipped. If ordered before 9PM EST, product will likely be packaged and shipped within 48hrs. Order cancellation if possible ONLY if the order has not yet shipped. All refunded amounts will be credited based upon the payment method that was used for the initial order.
In the extremely rare instance your order arrives damaged or incomplete,please contact us immediately and we will replace any damaged or missing sheet music from your order free of charge. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to qualify for free replacement. When making this request please include your order number.
Ships to CONUS and Canada (for now!). music will be shipped on 8.5"x11" white paper in black and white (unless cover page requires otherwise).
